Our Lightroom presets are here to make your life so much easier. Yes, after acquiring our presets you don't have to worry anymore about the editing of your photos. Our presets are usually making wonders to your photos, although they are tested on different lighting conditions and variours environments there is always a chance that you'll need to make a few adjustments to create that perfect look. Here are some minor problems you may face and the easiest solutions for them.
1. Photo is too bright / too dark
It happens, that after the applying the preset your photo will appear too bright/dark. Solution: Go to the "Light" section at your Lightroom app. Play with "Exposure" setting here. Photo too dark - slide the Exposure tab to the right. Photo too bright - slide the Exposure tab to the left.
2. The colors are too bright / overly saturated
There are a few ways of fixing this one. The first one : Go to the "Color" section of your Lightroom app. Find the "Saturation" setting and slide it to the left until you're happy with the colors. The second way of fixing this issue is a perfect choice if you feel like only one particular color is too saturated. Go to the "Color" section. Press on the "Mix" tab in the upper right corner. Pick the color you are not happy with and slide it's "Saturation" tab to the left until you're perfectly happy with the result.
3. Skin is too orange / too tanned / too pale
If your skin turned out to be too orange or too tanned, again go to the "Color" section of your Lightroom app and adjust the "Saturation" setting of the particular color - in this case, the Orange one. Please check the previous (2) issue for step by step instructions. If you don't want to mess with the particular color, you can adjust the Saturation setting of the whole picture by going to "Color" section and finding the "Saturation" slider. If your skin is too pale, you can play with the Saturation in the "Color" tab or adjust the Orange color settings in the "Color" tab --> "Mix" tab.
4. How to make your face/skin smoother?
Go to the "Detail" tab in your Lightroom app and adjust the "Noise reduction" setting until you are happy with the result.
5. How to make the edges sharper?
If you want to make your picture more "popping" and sharp, go to "Effects" tab of your Lightroom app and slide the "Clarity" setting to the right until you are happy with the result.
